हम तो ख़ुशबू हैं हवाओं में बिखर जाएंगे
मसला फूल का है—फूल किधर जाएंगे”

These lines, shared by Mr. Bimal Mehta (Sir) , MD, Transpek Industries Ltd., reminded us to stay anchored in our work, our intent, and our responsibility.

Impact finds its own way when the action is right.

On 31st January 2026, the Forum’s Second Meet was organised, again well received with high participation.

It brought together 30 committed individuals and organisations focused on strengthening the social impact ecosystem.

Organisations including Mulya Foundation, Shree Keyur Vyas Charitable Trust, Vadodara Innovation Council, Green The Blue Trust, Alembic CSR Foundation, and individual contributors shared their initiatives and challenges.

Common themes emerged:

  • Volunteer recruitment remains a critical gap.
  • Financial sustainability is a recurring challenge.
  • Proposal writing and structured communication with corporates need strengthening.
  • A compelling partnership philosophy emerged, focused on results, measurable impact, and a scientific approach.

It pointed to a growing shift toward knowledge-driven, expert-led collaborations in sustainability, carbon credits, positive energy, and impact assessment.

Mr. Mehta emphasised compassion-led action, “Action with Passion” , and the urgent need for ecosystem thinking over siloed efforts, a vision that strongly resonated with the group.

The Way Forward, articulated by Mr. Ramesh Parmar, outlined a pragmatic roadmap: regular convenings, structured capacity-building programs, and sustained engagement to address long-standing NGO challenges.

Key takeaway: Collaboration is no longer optional; it is a need of the hour.

When NGOs, corporates, and individuals align with clarity and intent, collective impact scales exponentially.

Grateful for the energy, insights, and commitment in the room. The journey ahead is structured, collaborative, and purpose-driven.
