Capacity Building: Proposal Writing Session
The core segment of the session focused on Proposal Writing Fundamentals, facilitated by Ramesh Sir and Rameshwari Madam.
The approach was highly interactive, incorporating:
- Conceptual clarity on proposal structuring
- Group discussions to simulate real-world scenarios
- Collaborative thinking to align problem statements with funder expectations
This participatory format ensured that learning was not just theoretical but also actionable.

Emerging Needs & Strategic Suggestions
A key insight from the session was the need to deep-dive into specialised areas. Participants collectively recommended:
- A dedicated session on Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
- A focused workshop on Budgeting, enabling organisations to present financially robust and transparent proposals
These interventions will help elevate the quality and credibility of submissions in the funding ecosystem.

Way Forward: From Learning to Execution
This session was not just a knowledge-sharing exercise—it was an alignment touchpoint. The focus now shifts to:
- Translating proposal writing skills into successful funding outcomes
- Strengthening compliance and financial planning capabilities
- Deepening collaboration across the Sangam ecosystem
Sangam continues to evolve as a platform of convergence, where intent meets action and collaboration drives impact.
Let’s keep building, learning, and scaling—together.
